Organic carrots are an excellent source of Vitamin A, Vitamin K, Biotin, Molybdenum, Potassium, Vitamin B6, and Vitamin C.


Broccoli, the king of cruciferous vegetables, is full of critical nutrients like Vitamins C, K, A, folate, B6, B2 and B1. It also contains multiple phyto-nutrients such as diindolylmethane and small amounts of selenium.
