How ENOF is Made

How ENOF is Made

We turn fresh, organic fruit and vegetables into a fine powder that retains 100% nutrition, and can be mixed into anything you eat or drink.  Learn how.

STEP 1: COATING

First, we coat 100% organic fruits and vegetables with vegetable gums and vegetable oil which act as a protective barrier for the nutrients inside the vegetables.

STEP 2: FREEZE-DRYING

Next, we freeze-dry the fruits and vegetables to remove nearly all of the water. The remaining material is very nutritionally dense, which is why a small amount of ENOF provides a tremendous nutritional punch.

STEP 3: GRINDING

Finally, we grind the coated and freeze-dried ingredients into the fine, nutrient-packed powder you see in our canisters.

STEP 4: PACKAGING

We repeat this process for each fruit and vegetable and then blend them together to obtain a specific nutritional outcome. After that, ENOF is packaged and ready for use.

ENOF is so nutritionally dense, just one serving contains
up to 90% of your daily recommended values for many key vitamins.

TESTED FOR NUTRIENT CONTENT

After the powder is completely done, we send a small sample to a third-party, accredited laboratory that tests to confirm the nutrient levels contained in the final product. The lab uses numerous sophisticated testing protocols, such as high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and inductively coupled plasma (ICP) analysis, to test for the different nutrients in accordance with internationally recognized testing standards. The test results (a copy of which is provided below) are summarized on the “Nutrition Facts” panel on the back of our canister, which you can see here.
